Who we are

We're an independent garage — not a main dealer, and not a back-street operation. That means proper mechanical work, sensible pricing and someone who will actually explain what's wrong with your car in language that makes sense.

Most of our customers aren't car people, and that's completely fine. Our job is to find out what's wrong, tell you what needs doing now, what can wait, and what it will cost before any work starts.

The range of work we take on

We cover routine work through to the bigger mechanical jobs many garages send elsewhere: servicing and health checks, diagnostics and fault finding, timing belts and chains, clutches, brakes, suspension and steering, cooling and leaks, and engine repairs including internal work and rebuilds where appropriate.

If a job needs specialist equipment we don't have, we'll say so and point you in the right direction rather than have a go at it.

MOTs

We're not a DVSA authorised testing station, so MOT testing isn't carried out here. You leave the vehicle with us and we take it to a nearby authorised test station around ten minutes away, then handle any repairs it needs once you've approved them. See how the MOT service works.

Collection for workshop jobs

If your car isn't safe to drive or won't start, we may be able to collect or recover it for you, provided it's coming to us for work. It's not a 24/7 or roadside breakdown service — just a practical way to get your car to the workshop.

Used vehicles
